Adventures in Cooking with Easton

Some people may think that I really like one of my children more than the other, because I tend to post more about her. The reality is that she's just more photogenic and is more demanding of attention. But today, Easton and I made an ice cream cake. It took about ten minutes to put it all together, minus the trip to the store.

All you need for an ice cream cake are ice cream sandwiches and ice cream. Unwrap the ice cream sandwiches. Layer them in the bottom of a pan. Then put a layer of ice cream on top. Finish off with another layer of ice cream sandwiches and freeze until it's solid again.

You can, of course, top off with cool whip or whipped cream, but that comes after the freezing process. See the video below for complete instructions.
