Thankful Thursday - Grilling

It's finally long-awaited grilling season at our house. To top of buying our new-to-us house last summer, we purchased a Blackstone at Thanksgiving. However, our opportunities to use it have been slim so far. Looking at the 10-day forecast, that's about to change.

Over the weekend, my family used it while I was taking a much-needed girls' trip out of town. Last night, my oldest child requested foil dinners. Tonight, we're grilling plain old hamburgers and hotdogs, which I am sure will be exquisitely delicious.

In addition to the oh-so-simple, yet perfect traditional grilled meats of summer, potatoes are grilling, strawberries are being sliced, and key lime pie is chilling in the fridge.
